<p><strong> <strong> </strong> </strong><strong><strong><strong>AiCenter (formerly Wossing) is located in New York City&#8217;s Chinatown -  a one-stop venue for <strong>Chinese language, music </strong>and <strong>arts</strong>, a down-home community center for all walks and ages, for the eclectic learner and the life-time practitioner. <strong>AiCenter for Chinese</strong> is a powerhouse of <strong>teachers, translators, folk artists</strong> and expert i<strong>nformants</strong> -conversant in the global marketplace and dedicated to reaching and bridging across the continents.</strong></strong></strong></p>
<p><strong> <strong> </strong> </strong><strong><strong><strong>Established in 1991, AiCenter is devoted to advancing <strong>Chinese culture</strong> and <strong>tradition</strong> and to supporting <strong>youth education</strong> in mainstream America. At homebase in Chinatown, the Center runs year round classes in <strong>Chinese language (Mandarin &#038; Cantonese), music and arts</strong> for all walks and ages. AiCenter houses <strong>Chinese translators &#038; interpreters</strong> to serve corporate and private functions, cross-cultural dealings with documents or face-to-face connections and <strong>language induction</strong> or <strong>staff development in Chinese</strong>. AiCenter is also home to Mencius Society for the Arts (founded 2003) and its performance group <strong>EastRiver Ensemble</strong> which caters to community and corporate <strong>events and outreach</strong> initiatives for the local New York community as well as business interests in <strong>China &#038; Southeast Asia</strong>.</strong></strong></strong></p>
